This will be my first Holiday Season as a non-smoker too. I am looking forward to getting the lights, the tree and everything else do faster since I won't be taking smoke breaks. I get to enjoy my kids opening presents etc.. without fail as well. I am excited to my first non-smoking Holiday Season!

Let us punch your ticket for the best one way train ride to freedom - being quit has been amazing - you don't realize how easy it can be until you look back at what you accomplished. If it is support you want you will get plenty of it here as well as great advice. So what are you waiting for?

True - I rarely sleep so I am forever overtired TPBM cares more about what they look like versus being comfortable
