Sorry to hear that the demons got in your head and interrupted your quit - but that is all it needs to be a slight alteration from the path you chose - no one is perfect many people have quit 100 times until they never looked back - I am just glad you are here talking about it - addiction is one thing feeling like you are missing out is something completely different. That is an excuse based on an older pattern - during the holidays etc. I always did this.. I have the annual part coming up so I'll wait until it has passed because this... no such thing - the only way to quit is to face those situations and act differently Once you break the pattern, cycle, routine or habit - whichever word you choose to describe it - it will be forever broken or changed unless you look for a reason to go back to it - either way we are all here for you - take it one hour /day at a time again -you know you can do it - stick close to us this time and we will help you every step of the way..
