I say go it your way as well - I didn't read any books etc.. I got involved on the board - there is plenty of inspiration here as well - NOPE pledge is a great start and just being aware and following the milestones can be good enough - I feel like I have been here much longer then I have and I mean that in a positive way - I know my quit would never have been this easy without the people here - so put down the book and go back to NOPE your way.
