Welcome aboard Red - congrats on a life changing decision - there is an unlimited amount of support, encouragement and information on this board. If you can't find something let us know and we will point you in the right direction. Post often and get involved - it certainly has made easier for many of us to be non-smokers..

I am from NY/NJ where you played outside and when the street lights came on it meant go home for dinner instead of mom yelling -otherwise you would be hit with the closest object when you finally did get home. Side note - I am 40 years old and still do not curse in front of my Mother out of respect. Go figure!!
