many of the flavored waters are zero calories. Have you heard of propel fitness water? It's my fave and I drink minute made lemon aid and it's only 15 calories per 8 oz. my down fall is soda. Man do I love soda.

I'm right there with you Julie. I've never watched my food until now either. It does take some getting used too. Between you getting to your goal weight and quitting smoking you can do anything and your confidence will soar.

A mom came home and heard loud screams and a buzzing sound coming from her daughters room. Concerned, the mom busted through the door and found her daughter using a vibrator on herself. The mom said ' what are you doing?' The daughter said " Mom, I am 35 years old and still live at home. This is as close to a husband as I'll ever get" The next day her father came home and heard the same sounds coming from her room. He busted in and found her using the vibrator and asked her what she was doing. She said " dad, I am 35 years old and still live at home. This is as close to a husband as I'll ever get." A few days later the mom came home and heard that same buzzing sound coming from the living room and when she walked in there she saw the vibrator buzzing away on the couch and her husband sitting in his chair watching football and downing a beer. She screams and asked her husband what he was doing and he said " I'm watching the game with my son in law"

a woman was at the hospital in a coma and the nurses noticed that everytime they gave her a sponge bath and washed her genitals they got some response out of her so when the womans husband came to see her the nurses told him about her reaction to the sponge bath. Then they told the husband that they thought if he'd have oral sex with his wife that it would bring her out of the coma. Although the husband was reluctant he told the nurses he'd do it. A few minutes later the wife flat lined. The nurses ran in the room and asked the husband what happened. He said I don't know. I think she choked to death.
