Introduction and requesting advice on successful NRT use

Welcome @FunkyMonkey You have gotten a lot of good advice already. I can't give you any advice on NRT's as I was also a cold turkey quitter but I do know that a lot of people successfully quit with NRT's. The main goal, in the end, is that you put smoking and nicotine out of your life forever. It may sound daunting but it is worth it and the journey to a smoke free life can be a rewarding one. A smoke free life is definitely better than having your life revolve around cigarettes You are doing a great thing in quitting smoking. It is great to have you here. -
