  1. Congratulations on day 23 smoke free @Jane You are doing a great thing for yourself. Keep up the awesome work!
  2. Hi @Leander .....Were you Eli on QSMB by any chance? I remember the chat room and Nelski. and a colorful assortment of others, many from QuitNet in 2015. The chat room on QSMB stopped working for the last couple of years the site was around. QuitTrain uses the same software but I don't think the chat room works here either. Maybe a software glitch? The bass hunter? Bassman or addictedbassman (2 different members) possibly? I hope you stick around. It is a bit slower here than the old site but the people here are cool and you should see some familiar faces. Plenty of room for old timers and new timers too.
  3. Congratulations on 1 month smoke free @Pilgrim Great job!
  4. I am a 2014 quitter from QSMB too so it is great to hear from you. Thanks for chiming in @Leander and I am glad you are smoke free and doing well.
  5. NOPE! for Thursday
  6. It is definitely worth it. Yeah, it can be tough in the early stages but it gets far better with time. I really have a hard time believing that I used to smoke after being quit for quite some time. I do know smokers, see that they are struggling health wise, seeing the financial costs of cigarettes, having a lot of people look down on them, etc. and I can tell you that there are tons of reasons to quit. Life is a lot better without all of the negative parts of smoking and, with time, you should see that there really aren't any positive things that go along with smoking. Quitting is definitely worth it.
  7. Keep up the great work @Pilgrim
  8. Keep up the great work Jane!
