  1. That is such a wonderful post, Diane. Thanks for sharing that with us. Congratulations on a year and a half smoke free. Quitting smoking is such a life-changing act and your post so beautifully illustrated that. Also, welcome to Quit Train. I hope you stick around. You can really help people here.
  2. Congratulations Boater
  3. Hey Jo. I remember when you joined QSMB and I remember your avatar. I didn't make the Smoking Joe Frazier connection in the beginning. I thought the guy in your avatar with the mark through it was an ex-boyfriend or ex-husband of yours. I was surprised when you stated that people complained that it was racist. I saw nothing wrong with it, I thought it was quite funny.
  4. Congratulations Rose!
  5. Congratulations Sslip! You are doing great!
  6. Happy Birthday, Nancy!

  10. How are you doing, Ren? You did great reaching out and posting an SOS. You've done great in your quit. Almost three months smoke free is a huge accomplishment and many smokers wish they were where you are now. Please stay smoke free. A cigarette will do nothing positive for you and you would have thrown away your beautiful quit. Let us know how you are doing.
  11. Congratulations Sparkzzz!
  12. Congratulations on 7 months, Weegie! That is great!
