    Hit and Run

Darvish has been a disappointment so far. I really wish we could have re-signed Jake Arrieta. He's doing well for the Phillies. @notsmokinjo Being a huge Cubs fan, you should check out Cub's Den. It is an awesome blog covering the Cubs, their minor league affiliates, the baseball draft, and the international free agent market. http://www.chicagonow.com/cubs-den/
  7. Congratulations Grund! You are doing great!
  8. NOPE all you want. Complain all you want. Do what you have to do as long as you don't light up. Oh, and please get rid of those cigarettes as soon as you can. The less temptations, the better.
  9. You are a non-smoker now, Jo. Don't worry about statistics that may or may not be accurate. Just keep doing what you are doing because you are succeeding.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
