I agree with the other posters, especially the ones who said that you should not listen to your doctors about not quitting smoking. That's pretty terrible advice from a doctor, actually. It may be hard to believe now but smoking actually adds to your stress and anxiety. Your initial days of a quit may be tough but eventually being smoke free should help alleviate anxiety. You will also be leading a much more healthier life. Now is a great time to quit smoking. Welcome to QuitTrain, Doug. It is great to have you here.
