Welcome aboard, Ren, and congrats on quitting smoking. Even though you were a "light" smoker, you never know which of those cigarettes is going to cause irreversible damage. Even smoking a small amount will keep the addiction alive. It is best to give up the smokes completely and I'm glad you have made this decision. Stick close to this site.
