    Awesome Netflix series
  5. I cut down dramatically on caffeine ever since I quit. I rarely drink soda anymore and I drink a lot less coffee than I used to. I still like beer but quitting smoking has made me re-examine my feelings towards alcohol and I drink less than I used to. Quitting smoking is a huge lifestyle change and it can sometimes have a domino effect in making you want to make many other positive changes in your life. I think that is one of the unexpected benefits to quitting (for some people, at least).

    Hit and Run

I didn't see the game but checking the box score, it looks like Jose Quintana worked his usual magic. 4.2 innings pitched and 6 earned runs. A great return for top 5 prospect Eloy Jimenez that I truly believe will be a star in about 3 years. smh Congrats on the win, though. The Braves' future is bright.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
