  15. I put my last cigarette out at 11:59 AM on the morning of Sunday, November 16, 2014. I have to admit I was quite scared then but wow, NOPE actually works. I find nothing appealing about smoking anymore and hardly ever even think about it. I'm glad I put that crap behind me.

  22. Congratulations on 6 months smoke free, Sandy. That is a truly great thing. There is some good advice already given regarding the feeling of laziness. Brain fog and the feeling of being in "no man' land" are common, especially when the excitement of the quit wears off. There are several threads on this site about that and the one below is useful.
