  1. Wow, Congratulations Doreen! 5 years is impressive but it is also impressive the way you have stuck around and continued to help others. Wonderful job!
  2. Congratulations Sparkzzz!
  3. Congratulations Nikki! That is awesome. Keep up the great work!
  4. I'm sorry for all of what you are going through, Linda. I know that must be a really rough family situation. Still, as others said, you need to not let that impact your quit. You are doing an awesome thing by leaving cigarettes behind you for good. Quitting smoking can be really difficult in the early days but it does get a lot better. I personally think it gave me a better life as it made me a much stronger and happier person. Quitting really is a great thing that you can do for yourself and do not let anyone else drive you to giving up on that.
  5. Congratulations Jayhawk!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
