  1. I'm really sorry to hear this, Ankush. I'm glad you are quitting again, though. Complacency can be rough but you must commit to never taking another puff. Reach out if temptation like this arises again by posting an SOS. We all want to see you succeed.
  2. NOPE !!!

  9. That's awesome, Beazel! I hope to see her around here.
  10. I was thinking the same thing. You are fighting a good fight but I am concerned about this. Read up on the benefits of quitting and try to focus on the positives that will be coming your way. Use this to strengthen your commitment to stay smoke free. You are doing great. These first few days are the roughest but be prepared for when you might have the money or transportation for smokes. You cannot let anything ruin your quit. You are fighting too hard to lose this battle.
  11. Congratulations MLMR! Thanks for sharing your quit journey with us. Looking forward to seeing you on the lido deck!

  16. My vote went to Johnny Cash. I usually prefer the original to the cover but not in this case. Trent Reznor has done some great, challenging and thought-provoking stuff and I know this song was very personal to him but watching Johnny Cash cover this is pretty amazing.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
