  1. Welcome to our site, Richard, and congratulations on 18 days smoke free. That is a huge accomplishment as the first days and weeks are the toughest but things do get better with time. What you are going through is natural and most of us experienced a lot of what you are currently going through. Just don't light up and you will start having more good days than bad days in your quit. Stick around here. Read up on nicotine addiction and reach out for help or support if you need it. Play some of the games here to keep your mind off of smoking. 18 days smoke free is huge. Keep up the great work.

  9. I noticed that the newest member statistics section towards the bottom of the main page says LauraNicole but a couple of new members have joined since then. Not a big deal but it seems like an error of some sort. Just wanted to point that out.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
