  1. Congratulations on 13 days smoke free. Celebrate each early milestone. Learning new stuff in the early stages of a quit, and also during a quarantine, is a great and positive way to pass the time. Good luck with learning the guitar. I think that is an excellent idea.
  2. NOPE - Smoking sucks!
  3. Cuomo, Dewine, and Edwards are doing a fantastic job, especially with the resources they have. We desperately need more leaders like them.

Keep up the great work and continue to celebrate any milestone you need to. Congratulations. You are doing great!
  10. Congratulations on 4 days smoke free. Unfortunately anxiety is common during the early stages of your quit. Things do get better with time and a smoke free life is worth the early struggles. This sums it up perfectly. This is the addiction trying to drag you back in. As long as you resist and do NOT light up, you are winning. Things will improve but smoking now will just ruin the great job you have done so far.
  11. Congratulations Sunshine! 7 months smoke free is great!
  12. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.

Congratulations on 41 hours smoke-free, @Guttie39 In these early days, celebrate each milestone. You may be counting minutes and hours early on (I was) but things to get smoother over time. Temptation was high for most of us early on but you are very capable of fighting through this. It may not feel like it but you are doing a great job. What you are going through is normal for most quitters. Do whatever you have to do as long as you don't light up a cigarette. Keep up the great work and keep the quit.
  18. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.

Fight through this, Guttie. Your quit will be stronger once you fight through this.
