  1. I think this is the link Jo was talking about. https://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/christians-recovery/ There were a couple of people at my old quit smoking site (QSMB) who had mentioned Sober Recovery and said it helped them with problems they were having with alcohol. Just looking at the site right now, it looks like it covers a wide range of addictions as well as having a lot of subforums targeted towards certain demographics. I did google Christian drug recovery forum and really couldn't find much, although there does seem to be quite a lot of Christian support groups, just not so much in the way of online communities. Hope that helps.

    Hit and Run

Well, my Cubs are out of it so I have to go for the big team down here in the South and say, "Go Braves." The Braves' future looks really good even beyond this year. I've said it before but this reminds me of the early '90's, the start of a time when they were extremely dominant. In Cubs news, MLB Trade Rumors reports that retired fan favorite of both the Braves and the Cubs David Ross is interested in the new Cubs' manager job (since Maddon was let go). You never know how much stock to place in these type of rumors but it is interesting. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2019/09/managerial-rumors-ausmus-ross-pirates.html

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
