  1. Congratulations on day 4, Christine. Weekends were a bit tougher for me early on but making it through smoke free is very doable. Try to keep yourself occupied and keep reaching out for help here as needed. You are doing great.

Yes, life's struggles can sometimes tempt you to light up early on in a quit but smoking a cigarette will cause nothing to be better. Smoking will only make things worse. Fight through this, you have a great quit going.

  9. Stay strong, Linda, and yes, rant away. Do whatever you need to do but do NOT smoke. What you are going through is normal and things do get better with time.
