  1. I work for a state government agency. Places like this are the true definition of a bureaucracy. There are some highly questionable people leading things here. I know of several IT Project Managers who openly admit to "not knowing the first thing about computers." You are already more of an IT expert than the people I just mentioned. Congratulations.

  15. Great job in staying quit through the holidays, @HeatherDianne That time can be very stressful and congratulations on making it through smoke free. Those are huge victories and your quit is stronger because of that. Keep up the awesome work.
  16. Welcome to QuitTrain, @Tylers1027 and congratulations on quitting smoking. Education about nicotine addiction and support from others who know what quitting is like is what helped me quit for good. You can find both here. It is great to have you here.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
