  10. Welcome Matt and congratulations on 89 days quit. It is great to have you here. Yes, life's struggles can sometimes tempt you to light up early on in a quit but smoking a cigarette will cause nothing to be better. Smoking will only make things worse. Fight through this, you have a great quit going.
