I had never gave it an honest try before! i decided to give it a real honest 24 hour try and see how i feel! i really started out with a quit for one day approach, a honest try for one day, and you know what, it was not that hard! Take it one day at a time and soon the days add up to weeks and months! The more you try the less you smoke anyway, so trying is better than not trying at all, so its all good! Best of luck to you!
