  1. Hi Jess Sorry to hear you have lost your quit. You will now have to if you haven't already step back and look at honestly why this happened. Maybe you still see smoking as having some purpose in your life, it's hard for me to say as I'm new here. "Junkie thoughts can hit at anytime but if you can try seeing that as really what it is, you don't want to smoke but you brain has re-wired itself to so many situations where you do feel you need to smoke. What I will say is DON'T leave this place and try not leaving it to long before going for this again. At the moment you will still have all those good habits still there, all the trigger that you have fought through to get to nine months!! Step back and look at that achievement because I know so many people that would have loved to be in that position and can't manage a month. Also don't leave this place it will help to keep you focused. Don't be too disheartened not many people quit first time, just learn from your mistakes and you WILL be stronger next time. Sunny

  5. I hope you don't mind me joining as I quit with another forum but I enjoy supporting people through this hard journey so I thought I would join this place too. I have been quit for 505 days now which I am very happy with. It can really be done. So I say hello to you all.
