I went to a concert years ago in the old Wembley stadium. It was a mixture of artists playing. I went to see Jon Bon Jovi. Rod Stewart was playing there too. I have to say I'm not a fan, same as you he wasn't from my generation BUT I thought he was brilliant. He puts on a very good show. P.s I live in Cardiff, didn't go to the show myself but got stuck in the traffic ;)

Of course you can do this Evelyn!!! Babs is right, you need to stop seeing cigarettes as useful. The only thing they do for us are bad.

I have to say. I am personally at that point. In fact I brought some for my OH about a mouth ago and it didn't bother me at all. The weird thing was, I was out of touch and no idea what ones to buy. I hit a new trigger it the moment. My OH has changed to an e cigarette and because he is smoking it in the house, which he wouldn't if it was a traditional cigarette. He is around me alot. It is starting to get tempting. Not going to though.

Evelyn. I don't know about your past but it is what it is. You can't change it, but you can decide to leave it behind, be who you want to be. These aren't just random words. I have had to do it myself with someone physically and mentally abusive. It wasn't easy. But I won't let him win all my life, I had to move on for me. You deserve better Evelyn. Do let this rueing your life forever.

Indigo, I hope you get it sorted. I suffer from PTSD buy had managed to stay medication feel for years. When I quit smoking everything seemed to hit me hard. I turned into a total mess. I got help with meds but also I used a place like this, I found talking to people I didn't personally know easier to open up to.
