  1. Hi ladies :) NOPE, just for today
  2. Go us :)
  3. Great tree Humbled! Please tell me -what's with the train track around the bottom? I noticed DDs had it too?
  4. It will be slightly less noticeable to you and Steve, because the loss has been gradual, and you see yourself every day, but when you start bumping into people in the street and they don't recognise you - that must be GREAT! I knew you could do this - 30 pounds is over 2 stone in our money and it's amazing :)
  5. Frez and DD - fantastic trees! They look GREAT! Extra points to both of you for having more than 1 :)
  6. When I watch Scrooged, I'm gonna be thinking if Wendy LMAO :)
  7. Tiffany, this breaks my heart - I thought you were just off enjoying a smoke free life, but you let the junkie back in - why did you do this? We've been here a lot of times before, and I agree that you need to try to change your way of thinking - smoking is not enjoyable, smoking is horrible and deep down you know it. And you also know deep (deep) down, that no amount of exercise or healthy eating will do a damn but of good when that smoking related disease decides to come knocking (which it will, if you carry on smoking)... Big girl pants time (now, not the 28th)

  9. Wow, goodfoy you sweetie! Can't wait to see the pictures - I bet you have a smile like the Cheshire Cat right now! Go Leanna!
  10. This is so very true - stay with us and share whatever you like - there is no such thing as posting too much! Hope you are all having a great smoke-free day!
  11. Lol, nice title :p
  12. It's 0 here mammy... Chilly indeed! Still a NOPE for me :)
  13. Sorry to hear this Wendy... This article helped me a lot in the past - helped me realise that I wasn't going crazy! I hope it is of some help to you! http://whyquit.com/joel/Joel_03_22_sleep.html (((Wendy)))
  14. Loving the trees Marti and DD, jengels, not so much, lol Keep them coming guys! I am hoping that my tree is still standing tomorrow, and still has it's decorations, because Bobbie has been 'watching' it all day...!
  15. Just makes you think - sometimes it's good to have a reminder of where we could have been heading, but aren't anymore. Thanks for being here mammy :)
  16. Home Alone 2, watched :) Going Black Xmas in a bit and watch Bad Santa tomorrow night. I don't think I've seen deck the halls... Is it funny? Ice only ever seen the first Santa Clause (I think). I wanted to watch Die Hard tonight, but Tasha said no, we have to wait until Christmas Eve - no fair!
  17. This is the bedroom (fake) tree - And we got this little guy today for the front garden, he's about 2 feet (hoping he will grow for next year!) -
  18. Taaha and I found the perfect tree today, and it was a bargain to boot! We are really pleased with it. It's nearly 8 foot and really full but for some reason, it was in the 'cheap' section of Christmas trees as it must not be considered a 'perfect' shape or something... Anyway, this tree only cost us £25, while there were similar trees a couple of feet shorter costing double the price! Anyway, we thinks it's the best tree we've ever had - what do you think, and what does you tree look like? Pictures please!
  19. So happy for you Wendy, congratulations!
  20. We now have all of our Xmas trees, pictures later :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
