  1. Juan I have to go to sleep now, but I will be back tomorrow if you need me - take care and KTQ
  2. So happy to see you say that :) Happy Friday and nope from me too!
  3. Ahh OK, so at least you don't have to resist for too long if the breaks are short. You are on day 4 so you have 0 nicotine in your system now. The last thing you want to do is smoke and reintroduce nicotine into your system. The only way to stop the withdrawals is by not smoking. They will get less and less. I haven't had any urges for weeks - it really does get better and better and better. You will have good days and bad days, but you expected that anyway. Soon the good days will happen more than the bad. 3 more days and you will be on a week!!
  4. The girls speak the truth Juan. Your friends don't 'get' to smoke, they 'have' to smoke. And you know what? You think you are jealous of them because they are smoking? I bet they are 100 times more jealous of you because you aren't smoking (even if they won't admit it). I would suggest that you do like Rachael says and go for a stroll, find a nice place away from the smokers and relax. Do motley peer pressure have any effect on your quit. You are in control of your quit, and you need to be strong.
  5. Yes, thanks for that Trish lol
  6. No, you can't have just one; never. I know you can do this Tiffany. You are not a failure. You are a non-smoker - let's keep it that way :)
  7. LOL Sharon Thanks Trish!
  8. ...? What button is this you speak of? I never knew it existed but it sounds useful! Please can you tell me where on my screen I can find it?!

We are here to help you in times like these :) Now I am going to read through the thread and respond properley, but I just wanted you to know that I'm 'here' now ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
