Excellent Nixter :d You sound like you know where you are at, and in control of things. Now you just need to carry on carrying on, and don't let anything catch you by surprise ;) I can testify that after a while (and it shouldn't be too long), that you will go for vast amounts of time (hours, days, weeks) without even thinking about cigarettes. Presently I can go for many weeks at a time without a single thought popping in my head, and even then, the thought can simply be swatted away like the inconvenience that it is :p Keep going, you are doing so great!

I am very sorry to read this Toni, I can only imagin what you are going through at the momemt. But it is great to see that you remained smoke-free through it all - what a great accomplishment and I'm sure your sister would be very proud of you. Take care and speak soon.
