  4. Completely normal Evelyn - I had crazy sleep patterns for quite a while but they have normalised now :)

  10. Oh Sarah, I agree with a few of the others in the other thread... Maybe you should give this one a miss... Sounds like you won't have much fun anyway! If you do go, then make sure you have an escape plan ready in case you need to leave. Keeping your quit is way more important than proving a point of some stupid BBQ!

  14. Laura I think you need to get some rest and re-evaluate your situation tomorrow. Sounds like you should probably stay away from booze in the early days of your quit. You should come back here tomorrow morning, and don't feel embarrassed! You haven't let anyone down.

  19. Well firstly you are not a failure. Secondly you need to have that conversation (whatever and whoever it is with) today. You need to quit again today. Please do not carry on smoking, I am begging you.
