This is completely normal... I had these types of days, as I'm sure we all have. Whenever that happened, I asked our friends here for support, or spend extra time reading through some inspirational posts, and reminding myself why I quit to begin with... Tomorrow will be better, I am sure of it!!

I believe that she is... I miss her, too...

... She came over tonight, and didn't go for a smoke, which I thought was promising... Ask her how she's doing, her reply - really well, I'm only smoking about 2 a day... She seemed super excited about it, but we all know it ain't gonna last... Any advice how to approach this? Last time I tried to help her or offer advice, she got really defensive and angry... Should I just carry on not smoking and see if she follows, or should I say something... If so, any ideas?!

Hi Slovenka, I'm sorry to hear this... I would recommend you watch all of the Joel videos on the library here, and read up on this terrible addiction... And then, let's do this. No 'try', just 'do', no smoking, no matter what. Show this addiction who's boss. Come here every day, and pledge NOPE, and participate on the board with us. If will really help!
