The last couple of days did my form of jogging ( read old lady shuffle !). Today some fool agreed to a double session with her trainer ( for fool read Pippa !). - so just had a killer session with running ( I mean real running) kick boxing and killer weights .. It is only Monday here and I already want a wine ! -
Hi Laura - sorry haven't been to Cairns so can't offer advice there - but you will love Sydney ! So glad you found an alternative for your cup of tea ... Trust me you will establish new routines and you won't miss smoking down the track

Quite simple really ! Obviously a picture of me in one of my previous 8 lives ( on number 9 now so finally realised I can't waste this one away smoking !) waving and trying to get Bakon's attention !

Went jogging- still not fast but getting consistent with it - which is amazing for me when it comes to jogging / running ! -
