Did another small group class - she wanted to concentrate on legs and butt and succeeded ... Still have jelly legs 5 hours later !! -

Was gonna say - more of you to love my friend and offer loving supports ! But unfortunately can no longer get the image of Chrispy and his frank and berries out of my mind ... So am now screaming in a pillow - knowing that sleep is out of the question !!

Went for a walk today around our botanic gardens a- spring here and the weather is beautiful Then went for a walk around the edge of the city centre - this is our version of parklands !!
