Did nothing all weekend - but back to it today - Weights with my trainer and cardio

After chasing 20 something's around a basketball court last night ... Decided that a run was a good idea today !! Exercise done - although I can barely move now ..... Definately need some positive self talk .... Pippa you can do this and know it will get better !! :-) ( I think I read something like that some where :-) !! )

Boxing at lunch time and basketball tonight - finished with a win - so all good here :-)

Had planned to hike on Saturday and then farmers market and bake on Sunday ... But just found out major storms predicted for Saturday here ... So may have to negotiate with God to make Saturday my fart day !! :-)
