  4. I'm impressed you even think about going to the gym at 4 am !! Seriously though - maybe your body needs a rest ?? Yesterday - did my shuffle jog. Today - my versin of a run on the treadmill plus a training session ... Feeling it now ! :-)

  6. Maybe I'm an is idiot - but this was something I struggled with big time ! I had to build a reward in - at the start food and occasionally a glass of baileys ... Later a walk with hubby and ..... well maybe a glass of baileys :-(. Seriously-'find your own happy end to the meal ...you'll find it and you will be amazed how,good you feels!

  11. Alright I'll bite - is a rodemy bike some special type of machine ?? On holidays ( vacation for my those of you in the US ) - but got to the gym - 2.5 Kms on treadmill, then weights and finished up with 2.5 Kms on the elliptical. I might have put on a bit of weight but I am sure going to be a fit !!
  12. I can post pics etc- but have to use photobucket, I don't do videos much - but I think last time I had to use the iPad app and post a link ?? We don't have any of the emoticons and I think our full editor is limited. Not sure what ls we don't have - as I only use my ipad - so can't compare it with anything else ! :-)

  19. Writing down my reasons for quitting really helped me. When I romanced the cigarette after a couple of months it really helped to remind me how bad smoking was and how awful I felt physically as a smoker !

  24. Treacling chuffed for you - and hopefully once your body has adjusted to your new smoke free life - you won't be needing that paste for too long !
  25. Friday afternoon here and got to the gym everyday this week - just been slack posting. Today I did 5 km on the treadmill - can't believe I just posted that !! Time was 42 mins so not earth shattering- but I am just a bit chuffed that I did it !!
