  1. Scott - I love my actifryer - I'm on my second and seriously thought it was to expensive but love it now,, all those foods I couldnqt eat are back on the table - if you like deep fried bit won't eat itb - you will love it !!
  2. Thanks guys - have to say it was yummy !! Leanna - I made a Thai dressing - so equal fish sauce, lime juice and some Palm sugar and Chile ( in my case lots of Chille ! :-) ) chrys- mango season here is oz - gotta love the tropics ,,, pretty sure not so in the the northern hemisphere :-)

  7. Umm - love a glass of wine, cheese, sometimes even at the same time .... Just not in one dish ! I'm with Marty - this is taking one dish cooking waaaay too far ! Ps - love ya Jess, would love to "tailgate" with ya but sorry no way am I sharing cocktails ... Now off to google margaritas ;-)

  10. Hey Laura I'm late as usual - so sorry you had a bad day .. ((( hugs ))) Quitting can suck but the alternative is even worse !! You can do this anda everything keeps getting better ... but in the interim - vent away - we are here for you :-). Oh and I think Nancy has a tennis racquet you can all use in the interim !! :-)
  11. Last night was salt and pepper squid done in the actifryer ( thanks Saron - am now experimenting big time :-). ). With mango salad - gotta love mango season :-). Oh and served with a glass of wine !

Love reading these posts Oneistoo - you really have got this and your quit seems almost serene ( or is that just your avatar) You clearly have got this and already have so much to pay forward ... And like Doreen says - it just keeps getting better Oh and Marty - I always think you are clever ( regardless of the size of your smarty pants !)
  13. First serious session back with my trainer ( finally taking my Ny resolution taking my fitness to the next level seriously ) only to find out she is leaving .... No idea who I will train with now !! So currently I haz a sad !! - yep first world problem at its best !!

  19. Hey Brenndy - you need to do what is right for you :-). Just because others found him helpful doesn't mean it will work for you ( I never really liked his book either) ... So keep with the patches and walk away from the kindle and I am sure you will do fine :-)

  21. Hi Rob - yep unfortunately it is normal to feel crappy early on - I looked at it as my body detoxing ... The good news is it gets better and soon you will be amazed at how good you are feeling. In the interim keep posting - this board is a great place for you to vent and to get support :-)

A www - would love to say something profound - but you are already there sweetie ( besides Marty and the smartie pants are all over that , :-). ) How do you solve a problem ... cig -?? - no instead you went to the gym for a run !! Now you certainly can't smoke - it affects your ablilty to exercise and sun salutations suck if you are wheezing all through them ... Just say'n !! Love reading you - you got this xx
