  8. I feel so at home here.....lol We have more than 1 tv in our house and for a very good reason. I don't like to watch "How it's Made". And I certainly don't like watching the very same episode a couple of months later. Wth? In case you miss something the first time? Once we settle in bed, he has control of the remote. Or so he thinks. He falls asleep and it's mine all mine :) :)
  9. Congratulations! 7 Months is a huge milestone.
  10. Nope, no smoking today
  11. Try not to worry Leanne, I'm sure they will take good care of you. My hubby was monitored the entire time for his study, so I'm sure that is typical protocol. You can always rip that mask off anytime you feel uncomfortable :)
  12. My hubster has sleep apnea and also wears the c-map mask. Honestly, when he got that mask, all I felt was RELIEF! No more snoring :) Before that he was always sleep deprived, so I'm glad he was diagnosed. And so is he! Good luck with yours Leanna.
  13. I had one a couple months ago. It came back clear. Whew....

  19. Good for you! You met your challenges/ triggers early on and now they are becoming easier for you! Isn't that a great feeling? The days are getting better. You may still have a few rough ones thrown in there though. This addiction does not want to give up on us that easily. But- now you have the tools to work with! Keep going, I think you are doing great! btw I started feeling so much more comfortable at around 3 weeks.
  20. Thank you John. You and Humbled are coming up on your first month anniversary too! Loving my being smoke- free:)
