NOPE for me!

This is going too well ... too easy. It's almost like I've just picked up where I left off last time, after 5 months of smoking again. No major or even moderate craves, physical or mental ... a few thoughts of "oh I'll just have a ciggie and then I'll do ...." swiftly followed by "oh yeah ... ok i'll just get on with this then". Welcome Wendy, This is pretty much how my quit has been going. Once you have realized that you are not giving anything up, it all falls into place. Just keep on shutting down those "thoughts". Don't give them any of your time, brush them off and go on with your non-smoking life. Reading and posting here helped me so much in my first days. (Still does) You are going to love life as a non-smoker :)

Good morning, It's another NOPE day for me :)

We had spaghetti & meatballs. Homemade? Ummm...nope. But quick & easy for Sunday evening. I'm still recuperating from motocross trip yesterday :)

Thanks Joe, He's a regional champ in his class, but even if he weren't I call him "champ" anyway. It's a Grandma thing :wub: Mom is there every weekend, so she is more "adjusted" than Grandma. (I shut my eyes and scream a lot)
