  4. Hi Kristin! Welcome! At 6 days, you've almost got the first (and worst) week finished! Keep posting and if you have any questions just ask away. Nice to meet you :) Sandy
  5. Oh I bet those are so yummy! I make these at Christmas. Take two ritz and peanut butter and make a sandwich, then dip in melted chocolate. And now I can just buy them at the store? Win win! Nom nom nom ^_^
  6. Good Morning! Nope :)
  7. Way to go Jackie! Happy your little one is on the mend :) And glad you have shown the nicodemon who is boss
  8. Good morning everyone! Nope :)
  9. Hi DF, I too have days that suck. A week or so ago I had some awful days. I read more of Allen Carr's book - yes, again. It did help. What helped me most was realizing that smoking has NOTHING to offer us. Just a craving for the next one. It's a ridiculous merry-go-round and I'm so glad I jumped off :) Keep your chin up girl - things will be looking better for you very soon
  10. Congratulations on that first 2 weeks of Freedom! :)
  11. Way to go Jeffrey!!
  12. Congratulations Jackie! :)
  13. Happy to hear that you think it's nothing too serious. Although bronchitis is no fun either :( If it continues to get better yea!! If not, see the doc. Keep doing what you're doing, smoke-free :D
  14. NOPE! NOTHING good can come from smoking.
  15. I did not experience anything like this, although it could be related to the quit. But I would take any chest pain serious, and get checked out at dr or emergency room. Just to be on the safe side.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
