  1. Congrats!!! :)
  2. Amazing post
  3. I truly feel for you and hope you feel better soon, have been there. What started to help me along slightly was looking forward to something again, and so getting myself little treats or rewards for even the smallest of milestones kept me more even, haha. I realized in the back of my mind I was telling myself I had nothing to look forward to. (Complete Lie of course) and that has since gone. :)
  4. For many many things... :P
  5. Quotes, your own photos, photos of things you like, photos you take or of you, anything really! I thought this might be fun. :) This is me every morning!
  6. I'm having the most trouble giving up dairy lately. It switches back and forth from dairy and sugar and if it's carbs than either sugary pastries (with dairy somehow) or salty savory carbs (again with dairy) I'm not sure I can cut out all three for very long. :( What's your biggest weakness or the most difficult for you to avoid?? I definitely feel better as well.
  7. Congrats!!!

  10. Oh boy. I've had my fair share lately. :( I'm actually more concerned that my bf takes them as he has sky high blood pressure. :(

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
