  1. It's hard. I'm hanging by a very thin piece of dental floss. Checking in.
  2. No excuses. Relationships ending are hard, but this time needs to be it and forever. So upset with myself. Here we go again.
  3. Sounds like the best kind of busy. :) Good to hear from you, Hulk looks supremely comfy and peaceful, love the pics!
  4. Why I feel like I need half a day to get moving is beyond me. Procaffeinating

    1. Evelyn

spirulina inttake possible? It gives some energy :)

  5. My nickname among family is "Na" because of my name. :) I have another one from a friend but would totally give my name away and ruin the fun. :P
  6. Congrats to you both!
  7. Congrats TEW, huge accomplishment and really love the rawness of this post, a few things I relate to, lol. I'm hoping maybe I can follow your lead on the running thing... or at least walking... more. Much more. Haha
  8. Congrats!!! :)
  9. I am grateful for discovering the effects of chamomile tea as of late, I've been pretty anxious lately and even switched to half decaf coffee... I'm horrible with what ifs lately... maybe switching to decaf completely. On a happy note, my priorities have drastically improved lately as well. :) Oh and I had peanut butter on a spoon for dessert with chocolate almond milk. (My zero sugar has been relaxed a little :P )
  10. Congratulations on two years!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
