Tough to believe but: 1. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I was under my calorie goal (lot of dog walking) 2. Both days I went to bed sober Gym reopens tomorrow, and about to head out into a cold frosty morning with La B and a long walk... La B and I opted for a quiet Christmas without the extended family visits etc, and were a bit worried....but I have loved it, really enjoyed some amazing food, great wine and some lovely walks without overdoing it or feeling over fed or over drunk...

Santa came.... Apparently he feels my personal hygiene could do with some help, that I need protecting from any potential world shortage of underwear and socks and that dark chocolate is the way forward... So, if you see a fat guy naked except for colourful boxer shorts and socks, but who smells divine, you will know I'm in town!
