You can manually enter gardening on the app...I tend to use the my fitness pal app first and foremost and get the fitbit to sync with that. -

Tracey is Trevor, I wear a skirt, Action is handsome sexy beast who says all the right things, Marti swears like like a sailor...no gender confusion at all on these sceptred isles...:-) Treats. they don't need to be financial, but it is important to reward yourself as you go along. It helps reinforce the positives! Keep going!

Flying from London to Dallas. Changing in Minneapolis. Off the plane, go to security, check that they will let me back in, out of the airport, chain smoke, back through security, run to the gate so as not miss the flight.... Completely rational right? -
