  10. That's great Brenndy. every time you look at your phone, you will know it was funded by the quit. The quit does get progressively easier, I promise. You can help by focusing on the positives, do things smell better? Do things taste better? How is your chest? / Breathing? How about your teeth and gums? noticed any difference there yet? I would focus on these things each morning, just to get me in the right frame of mind for the task of the day.

  22. but Martine my dear, I sound similar to Prince William. This Scottish is all well and good when warming up for a spot of fisticuffs, but frankly rather wearing when one is trying to enjoy one's port. Innit though?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
