Wherever the impetus comes from, the battle is won one minute at a time. There were times for me when I just could not think about the ins/outs anymore. I was tired. I couldn't tell which voice was mine, which voice was the addiction. At those times, brute force and ignorance kicked in as Mike said. No stress, no hassle, just no smoke. -
