Hey TEW. sounds like you were tired, you were provoked and you blew up. Not great - but not a car crash either. Perhaps life is telling you that you should move into a new phase. Maybe you don't need to march out the door tomorrow - but simply make a plan for when to move on? Being honest means looking at the positives as well as the negatives...don't beat yourself up too much.
