  7. Could be! I get up with the sun anyway, but some people do report insomnia, waking early, sleeping late etc at the start of the quit. Have a great day!

  10. Hey Sarah. morning! Yes first couple of weeks your sleep van go a bit haywire as your body chemistry changes. Also, look out for caffeine, it has much more effect on a non smoking body...
