Welcome to Heck Week! I know it is tough to do, but Laugh! Laugh loud. Laugh at the changing moods. This is your body and mind expelling the poisons. These moods are signs that you are winning. Cry, scream, call me a tw*t, (insert vowel according to mood) You are rockin this. Completely normal and fantastic signs of a fantastic quit. Raaaaaaahhh!

Hi Amy! Sorry to hear that. It seems hard to quit - 'cos like me you are an addict. We are addicted to nicotine. You start feeling withdrawal every 20 minutes or so and pay money for cigarettes to ease those withdrawals. I don't feel withdrawal anymore because I quit. Reading the book is the right thing to do - but don't delay too long. You can quit Amy. I know you can. Hell you know you can. You relapsed. No shame in that. Ready when you are! :)

Getting availability is from Bakon is tough.. He is married to at LEAST two women..(Mrs Bakon and Soberjulie) Almost positive that Nancy has his heart And don't get me started on the eggs... Also - not having any legs does make it difficult to get him around the place. Maybe we just have him projected onto a massive TV screen....
