Favorite single malt? Would be like choosing a favourite child. Probably more Speyside than Island...Highland Park would be up there. Smooth is what I look for. Fry up. Irish/Scottish style, so Black Pudding, white pudding a must. Toast not fried bread. Back bacon, sausage (quire or otherwise) eggs fried, scrambled, poached - then mushrooms, tomatoes, beans...all sort of options! My fave - Pasta. Watching an Italian make pasta sauce is an education! La Bandita - The English Sunday roast... Ironic!
