Feeling groovy... Nurse Weigh in on 29th of May. 129Kg - which is 284 lb which is 20 stone 4. This morning - July 1st. 122.3Kg - which is 269 lb which is 19 stone 3 That's 5%+ loss. Don't get me wrong, still plenty of room for improvement - and the first bit is always the easiest, but feeling pretty pleased with myself...just for today!
