  3. Great work Jimmy. Well done buddy.
  4. Hey there TAC. Welcome back. Sounds like a rough wee time. Glad to hear things are on the up.
  5. Hey George. Was up - but out for my morning walk. Hope all is well

  9. That's great Nancy. Thank you for the update. March 25th. Nice idea.
  10. Not my favourite word - 'relapse' It smacks of transference. As in "there I was, happily non-smoking and whoops I relapsed.." No. You took a cigarette, put it in your mouth and lit it. It was a conscious choice. Not an accident. Still perhaps in three years or so - I'll understand!
  11. The straightest of straight-shooters. Said what she did and did what she said. Will be missed.

  13. Great work. Well done!
  14. Next few days are fun! Think of any craves as the death of an addiction. You are a non smoker! Great work.
  15. Hey Morgan. Welcome Aboard. A cigarette was no good for anything, is no good for anything and never will be any good for anything. Once you believe that - mission accomplished. It's completely doable.
  16. Oh yes. Do we know what has happened?

  18. Hey Karen Maybe he was saying what you were thinking. If you or I want a cigarette - we will find one. If we choose that we will NOT smoke - the problem is gone. Keep on keepin on

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
