  9. Dopey muppet. There, that's done. Well done on a fantastic practice quit - lots of things have been learned both in the quit and the relapse. First and foremost - you know that you can quit. Great work on getting straight back on it! Next time things get tough - SOS. Commit on this thread that you will SOS - that commitment might just buy you the minutes you need to let a crave pass. Wendy - you can absolutely do this. Question...you got a quit buddy?

  12. Well done Kristin! Each one of these that you go through cements the quit. Great work! We men are put on earth to test the patience and forbearance of you you ladies - sounds like your collection of men is working hard at it ;) You are doing great - hell week beaten and coming to the end of heck week. Fantastic!

  19. That actually sounds quite nice... Tilapia is a white fish right?
  20. Fitbit Flex here (the Bracelet) Joolz - one of my little tricks is to manage the steps. So if tonight I want a treat - I make sure that I walk a bit more. My fitbit talks to 'myfitnesspal' so - my calorie allowance gets pushed up if I exercise more. So on a day when I golf - I can eat and drink what I want... B) Lost around 30 pounds. Then work/life got a bit crazy and I fell off the wagon and put maybe 20 of those back on - back on the steps and moving in the right direction again. As for the numbers - I have limbs that weigh more than you girls! You all quit smoking. Dropping a few pounds will be a doddle for you ;)
  21. good to see you Kristin!

  23. Excited for you E. God Bless you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
